How to Purchase an eRide Waiheke Gift Voucher

• Choose which ride to gift;
• Add that ride (for the number of persons) to the cart, then proceed to the checkout;
• At the checkout, enter your Recipient’s email address (recommended) – IMPORTANT: double check you’ve entered their email correctly.
• Enter a note to you Recipient, if you wish;
• Complete payment with your credit card.
• Once you have completed checkout, the Recipient will receive an email with the Voucher and can immediately redeem it.
• You will also receive an email confirming purchase. If you do not see the email, please check your spam / junk / “promotions” folders etc.

Gift Card E-Voucher Notes:

• The purchase of a Voucher is non-refundable.
• A Voucher purchase is not a booking.  The recipient will still need to make their own booking and ensure that they use the code while making the booking.
• The Voucher can only be used once for the selected purchase.
• The Voucher expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
• This purchase is for an electronic Voucher.  It will not send a physical card. If you are wish to send a physical card, please get in touch.
• We cannot split a Voucher purchase to send to individual recipients. If you wish to buy for multiple different recipients, you will either need to purchase them individually, or contact us if you need help.
• The image is for illustration purposes. The recipient will not receive a physical gift card. If you would like us to send a physical gift card, please make contact.
