Unfortunately no. Our ebikes need to remain on Waiheke and can only be ridden on the island.

We support you when you are riding our bikes. If you encounter any issue, please call us immediately and we will assist you.
Damage Protection covers you for any accidental equipment damage and breakage that may occur under normal usage conditions during the term of your hire. When you take Damage Protection Cover, the cost of up to $500 to repair the damage or breakage which may occur from normal use of the hired equipment, is covered.
Note: It does not apply to negligence, misuse, lost or stolen equipment, nor does it apply to personal injury or damage caused by usage of the hired equipment.
We offer Damage Protection Cover on all of our rentals. The cost for this is quoted at the checkout and covers any repairable accidental damage up to $500 that may occur from things such as hidden rocks on the trail. Note: it does not cover the total write-off of the equipment or damage done due to negligence/improper use, loss or theft of equipment. Nor does it apply to personal injury or damage which may occur during use of the hire equipment.

Yes ! Once you’ve ridden an ebike, there’s no going back!
Waiheke is an island of hills and beautiful views. Our ebikes make these hills a breeze however, you do need some level of fitness and ability to ride on the road.
Waiheke is an island of hills and beautiful views. You will be riding on public roads therefore, you do need some level of experience and confident ability to ride on the road.
As safe as you make it. Recently the speed limits have all been reduced and there are some bike lanes.
We recommend closed in shoes, a backpack, rain jacket / warm jacket, sunglasses, water bottle, money and credit card!

When you visit our shop, you can book and pay online using your credit card. If you are a walk in customer, you can also pay with cash and or EFTPOS. For forward group / corporate bookings, we may also accept bank transfer.
