I confirm that everyone in this booking meets the height criteria of between 150cm (4ft 9) and 210cm (6ft 7)

Min/Max Weights

I confirm that everyone in this booking weighs between 30kg(66lbs) & 125kg(275lbs). I acknowledge that riders outside these weights will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.

Parent / Guardian

At least one parent, guardian or properly authorised adult will be present to sign the disclosure form for anyone in the booking who is under 18 years old

Supervisor

I confirm at least 1 paying adult is zipping with, and supervising anyone in the booking who is 15 or under.

Glide & Ride Risk Disclosure

There is an element of risk involved in any adventure activity.

By taking part in EcoZip Adventures Zipline Tour you will be exposed to these risks:

– General difficulties – lack of fitness, sunburn
– Harm (sprains, bumps, bruises) – from slips, trips and falls etc.
– Serious harm due to:
– Concussion – from zipping to fast
– Worsening a current medical condition – including pregnancy, concussion & heart conditions
– Serious harm or death from falling

EcoZip Adventures has robust safety management processes to manage these risks, but we will need your help.

Part 1: Explore Waiheke by eBike

Start your day with a fully charged eBike, helmet, lock, side pannier, and maps—everything you need for a seamless island journey. Spend the morning at your own pace, uncovering Waiheke’s many charms. Take on the 5 Bays Ride, a scenic 24km loop. Discover Oneroa village,  just five minutes away, with boutique shops, cafés, and spectacular views. A further 15-minute ride brings you to Palm Beach, perfect for a refreshing swim or a local coffee in friendly dairy. Venture another 20 minutes to Onetangi, home to Waiheke’s longest, and most picturesque, beach, and a selection of fantastic waterfront cafés and bars.

Part 2: Soar Above Waiheke with EcoZip

At 2:15 PM, your ziplining adventure begins! Arrive at EcoZip in time to park your eBike and check in for an unforgettable zipline and native forest experience. Soar above our working vineyard and lush treetops before taking a guided bush walk through the regenerating rainforest.

After your adrenaline-filled experience, explore the award-winning wineries of Onetangi Valley, savouring fine wines and gourmet delights, or visit a local brewery for a cooling drink.

Just ensure you allow 45 minutes for a leisurely return ride to Matiatia to drop off your eBike before catching your return ferry, arriving back in Auckland relaxed, refreshed, and filled with memories of an incredible day on Waiheke Island.
